Neighborhood Overview:
Woodcroft is a planned community of over 2,000 homes distinguished by the large, lush and wooded lots on which they are built. The neighborhood is located in Southwest Durham, adjacent to Chapel Hill, and is convenient to UNC, Duke and RTP. Area amenities include well-crafted biking and jogging trails, and acres of common area greenways.
